Key topics include the historical context and importance of ethics, the structure and application of the NAR Code of Ethics, and detailed analysis of Articles 2, 3, 11, and 16. Immersive scenarios bring these Articles to life, demonstrating their relevance in real-world transactions. Participants will also gain insight into essential processes such as due process, the Ombudsman Program, mediation, ethics complaint procedures, and arbitration, with a particular focus on procuring cause disputes.
