Sales Associate and Broker License Renewal

For sales associates and brokers in Florida, the renewal of an active license requires the completion of 14 hours of continuing education every two years. The renewal date will either be 3/31 or 9/30 depending on the initial license date.  Of these 14 hours, 3 hours must be dedicated to a core law courses, 3 hours must be dedicated to a business ethics course and the remaining 8 hours can be elective/specialty courses. These courses must be approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission.

Reporting: We report course completions to the Florida Real Estate Commission automatically on your behalf, typically within 1-2 business days.

Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary for each course but are generally one year after your order date.

Final Exams: The minimum passing score for final exams is 80%. The course must be retaken is the exam is not passed.

Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful completion of the course.
