Sales Associate Post-Licensing

Newly licensed Florida real estate sales associates must complete 45 hours of FREC-approved post-licensing education before their first license renewal. The 45-hour Sales Associate Post-Licensing course must be completed and reported by the renewal deadline, which is either March 31 or September 30, depending on the original license issue date.

Our courses are approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and fulfill all of the post-licensing education requirements for sales associates renewing their license for the first time.

Course Format: Our courses are entirely online and self-paced, featuring a blend of text and interactive elements such as true/false questions, vocabulary matching, scenario-based learning, and more. This format makes our courses both engaging and informative.

Reporting: We report course completions to the Florida Real Estate Commission automatically on your behalf, typically within 1-2 business days.

Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary for each course but are generally one year after your order date.

Final Exams: The minimum passing score for final exams is 80%. The course must be retaken is the exam is not passed.

Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful completion of the course.
