This course provides licensees with a comprehensive review of Florida’s real estate legal framework. Participants will gain essential knowledge of DBPR oversight, FREC rule compliance, agency relationships, fair housing obligations, and marketing standards. Additional topics include license reactivation procedures, escrow management, ethical guidelines, and timeshare regulations. Upon completion, licensees will be equipped to meet Florida’s statutory requirements, uphold professional standards, and navigate real estate transactions with confidence and integrity.

This course meets FREC continuing education requirements of three hours of Core Law instruction.
