Broker License Renewal

For real estate brokers in Indiana, licenses must be renewed on a three-year cycle with an annual continuing education requirement. Brokers are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year by June 30 to qualify for renewal. Over the three-year renewal cycle this totals 36 hours. The state enforces the 12-hour annual requirement such that hours do not carry over from year to year. All courses must be approved by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and cover real-estate-related topics.

Our courses are approved by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and fulfill all of the continuing education requirements for brokers renewing their license. Managing brokers have different continuing education requirements, including 4 hours of managing broker–specific education, which we do not currently offer.

Course Format: Our courses are entirely online and self-paced, featuring a blend of text and interactive elements such as true/false questions, vocabulary matching, scenario-based learning, and more. This format makes our courses both engaging and informative.

Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary for each course but are generally one year after your order date.

Final Exams: The minimum passing score for final exams is 70% and there is no limit to the number of exam attempts.

Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful completion of the course.
