Associate or Broker License Renewal

For associates and brokers in South Carolina, the renewal of an active license requires the completion of 10 hours of continuing education every two years by the renewal deadline of 6/30. Of these 10 hours, at least 4 hours must be dedicated to mandatory topics, with the remaining 6 hours being elective courses.

Our courses are approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and fulfill all of the continuing education requirements for associates and brokers renewing their license. Brokers-in-charge have different continuing education requirements, including 4 hours of risk management education, which we do not currently offer.

Course Format: Our courses are entirely online and self-paced, featuring a blend of text and interactive elements such as true/false questions, vocabulary matching, scenario-based learning, and more. This format makes our courses both engaging and informative.

Reporting: We report course completions to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission automatically on your behalf, typically within 1-2 business days.

Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary for each course but are generally one year after your order date.

Final Exams: The minimum passing score for final exams is 70% and there is no limit to the number of exam attempts.

Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful completion of the course.
